Great Magazine, Horrible App and Customer Service
I love the magazine. I have been a subscriber for over 12 years. I even had the previous digital "PDF" version of the mag which was also great, which made me look forward to the iPad version. Finally the iPad version with subscription came so I of course bought it. First month took 4 emails and the run around to get the first month installed. New month same problem! Come on guys you have a great Magazine but fix the subscription download bugs. It cant be that difficult, I have 5 other magazine subscription apps that work without a hitch. Customer service, READ the reviews. This is not a localized problem, you could have a 5 star rating were it not for the app glitches! Please help or I will have to be forced to ask for a refund.
